Do you swallow or chew lysine pills?

Answer: If it doesn't say next they aren't chewable. Think about it, Advil doesn't speak swallow with marine either, but it would be sort of repulsive to chew them.

Wow, I would swallow them, chewing is just too gross. i swallow these pills. I don't know but i hold a feeling if you chewed them they would be bitter, i hae taken them for years.
I consider you are supposed to swallow them, that's what I do.
