it tends to settle down nervousness, but once you are hooked you develop greater disquiet in between smokes, however a hit calm you in second, this is how it really gets you hooked, its not worth the inventive calming influence believe me.

The best health benefit I get from it was chewing the gun. It really help me quit smoking when nothing else could enjoy. I kept it around for the first six months to avoid a relapse.

The only information that suggested any health benefits to nicotine, be one study that suggested that nicotine users may have a slightly lower risk of "certain" types of urinary tract cancer.
The obvious benefit of nicotine is appetite suppression, but it have that in adjectives with adjectives other stimulants.........

You'd have to grow grow your own because the crap that's sold surrounded by stores is crammed full of toxic junk, but yes, if you capture pure tobacco you'll get the benefits of nicotine itself.
I don't know in the region of true benefits. Nicotine is very poisonous. The amount within a cigarette if it was adjectives ingested will kill a individual.
But in minute quanities it does formulate a person more alert and is also tranquil. It is a strange drug in that it have both effects.
Those benefits are transitory--and nicotince is addictive.

I do not know what it could be used for in a minute but i know raw tabacco ( umprocesed) be used for many entry. Like durying the civil war it be cheap and easy to attain ot trade for so it was used on clear wounds, I have read that the tabacco plant can draw out the posion or infection. It be also used in cerimonies and see as gift from god. Taboacco have alot of uses, it was even used s currency.
