have any get any guidance on cures for psoriasis as creams doctor have precribed do not work?

Answer:
This is way far out but my mom have psoriasis and i keep a look out for "cures". Anyways theres this place within Turkey that has a pond near cleaning fish in it.. at hand are like 3 different species and respectively does it's own thing. One fish will get through the dead skin stale of you, while another brings healthy blood to the nouns and another has some type of enzyme that help heal what the other fishes enjoy doen. It's suppose to work miracles. Good Luck!
Yuck on the fish idea.
Anyways, they are wise saying some kinds of UV insubstantial actually work.
And I recommend Oatmeal baths as in good health to my patients.
Sea salt, I enjoy heard of society bathing in the unmoving sea and never getting psoriasis again. There is a product call Seba Med they do soap, shower and bath cream, and moisturizing cream, it stopped my eczema so perchance it will help near psoriasis. Seba Med also make sun blind lotions up to factor 60 I hope this helps.
Ask your G.P give or take a few a referal to a dermatologist. My wife has psoriasis and she go to our local hospital for 30 mins ady to have sun light treatment. It worked and she hasn't had any re occurence for 4 yrs presently.
SK cream it cost around lb10 for 30ml tube. I have individual a tel no which 01526 832491 but if you go to your hunt engine and type in SK cream it might come up. Sometimes it can be create by a lack of vitamin B, also an allergy to dairy produce.
A friend of mine also have psoriasis and has tried adjectives the creams her doctor has prescribed her and they adjectives failed to back at all. She purchased some emu grease and this seems to be working for her. emu grease can also be used for ezcema and other dry skin conditions and it has intuitive remedies.
You don't say what creams your Dr have prescribed, but here's what my husband uses:

Dovonex (also called calcipotriol) which is a Vitamin D cream
Betnovate (steriod)
He also uses Aqueous cream to moisturise.

Some population swear by tar base ointments, my hubby have used them, with predetermined success.

What have helped him most have been UV pallid treatment.

However it is really important to carry referred to a dermatologist, as most GPs don't really know much about skin conditions.
Different things lend a hand and trigger psoriasis for people from what they drink to the products they use I personally hold had psoriasis for heaps years and found creams don't work or if they do it's temporary things! I've found that what can help out is if after shower you use a hard towel to rub your skin later put on your moisturiser I find when my skin is sore lavender oil surrounded by the bath can give support to when it's very itchy I use Australian body carefulness there body lotion can help to came it down also loccitane sher butter lavender help too! try qvc if your going to try different products as you get a 30 year money back guarantee if the product doesn't suit you
Also mind your Ps and Qs with what soap powder you use or anything that can irritate your skin that includes the foods you chomp through
My mom is a big fan of Joe Graeydon and his innate approaches. I believe he has a few books out as okay; the most popular one The People's Pharmacy: Guide to home and herbal remedies.

The book says something something like Tumeric. Use it in your food, sprinkle it adjectives over every thing and get through. This has help a friend of hers tremendously within just about 2-3 weeks it was significantly reduced and he be feeling better. He used the spice on his food; but in attendance may be capsule supplements available presently. Check with your local vigour food store or Herb store.

You many find that Tumeric comes contained by another name within an herbal cap near Boswellia.it is also called Curcumin. Both help out with inflamation.

Give this a shot. It may bear a bit longer being the Natural or herbal route, so be sure to present it enough time. Can't hurt to try it. Good luck, hope you discern better.
Sun light, the deep water, and aloe vera straight bad the plant, not in a tube or jar.
I know a bit roughly herbs ( A smooth equivalent) I would try mixing oatmeal, or porridge with some lavender flowers, you can tie them up contained by a piece of cloth if you want to prevent a mess. Then put it in the tub while it running hot, this will bring out the essential elements of both herbs which will facilitate you're skin considerably. Please be sure the bath is not too hot, use the hot hose down for releasing herbal qualties/energies. You can also do it without the cloth view, even rubbing wet soggy oatmeal on your skin will sustain relieve some of the rawness, as it is an emulsifier.
You might also look into doing an elimination diet to see if their is a indisputable food you are eating that may be cause your psoriasis. In fact I would recommend starting their first past using creams and herbs. You hold to remember everyone is different and what works for one person may not work for you. Good luck
Let's Get Well by Adelle Davis have a good discussion on psoriasis and dietary control; Prescription for Natural Cures (Balch & Stengler), and Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine (Murray & Pizzorno) both enjoy excellent chapters full of correct advice on this most annoying condition.
All are available on Alibris.com or Amazon
wife have this condition, she veggie, and uses SAGE WATER. boil up some sage. 1oz will do. decoct it, (boil it and strain the residue) and add to bathwater and soak yourself..she also uses porridge oats surrounded by a flannel bag. and she have lovely soft skin..
My boyfriend has psoriasis pretty badly adjectives over his body - he baths in the the deep salt stuff regularly and uses the little pole of black soap, but I can't see that it helps at adjectives. Last night I put a bit of tea tree shampoo on his knees and notice straightaway that it seemed better. Still seem better this morning. Also I put some jojoba on his arms and they also seem better this morning. I'm going to try getting him Body Shop's Tea Tree Oil Body Wash and see if that help. He's also been told nearly the UVB treatment but apparently you need to walk to the hospital every day! Not really possible if you work!
