Does anyone here practice Qui Gong and Tai Chi?

If you do... will you relate your experience?

Answer:
I practice both, probably not as often as I should. I do the Pa Tuan Tsin breathing exercises within the morning, eight in adjectives. There are many forms of these, and the movements call by different names but adjectives of them reap the same benefits, re-learning how to breath properly and the moves awaken the body to the chi force. Learning how to breath properly have many rewards vigour wise, when doing so the spine become straight, the body gets a apt dose of oxygen and will lower the blood pressure. Conscious breathing will help to relieve stress surrounded by stressful situations.
I learned three forms of Tai Chi when I have a teacher (sifu), Chin, Yang long and short form. One point I was skilled was if I be in doubt something like the next move don't travel on as not to form a pattern of wrong moves. Sadly to voice I reached that point plentiful times over the years and my Tai Chi of today is not of any established form but the moves are a combination of them all, but they adjectives still flow.
The breathing exercises and the "staying in the moment" of the Tai Chi have helped me surrounded by meditation. The spots where I've did the Tai Chi have left me near feelings of awe and a interconnection next to nature. I've did it on roofs of buildings, a painted web in the court patio of a beautiful church even undressed in the woods.
My mom have been doing Tai Chi for years very soon. It helps her relieve stress and preserve headaches away. I read some of files she had on it and some of the populace with ailments made miraculous recovery after doing Tai Chi. I am not that disciplined to try it, but if you are, I would highly recommend it from the results my mom have had.
