The most impressive thing is to get hold of both from a company that has a well-mannered history of quality (including using Molecular Distillation on their fish oil... that's the only process to guarantee the removal of any trace contaminants) and that there is sufficient EPA and DHA surrounded by the fish oil.
Ginseng is an entirely different herb that does entirely different things. There's American, Korean, Siberian, Chinese, and Red Ginseng. They are adjectives entirely different strains and have some instability of effects, so make sure you capture the right kind that you're looking for.

There are three or so types of Ginseng. The American is good, chinese is also honourable. It is mainly used for added extra zest during the day. donot be fooled when someone say that it is a stimulant like ephedra because it isn't. Omega fish oil are good for the digestion and they are better than meat fat. so eat up. but it would be better freshly to eat sardines and tuna and salmon etc. that bearing you can save money and put away at the same time.

Apparently the molecules in Omega 3 are too big to be digested, so will go beyond through your system. Don't mark me down on this, I'm only just telling you what the nutritionists are proverb about it on TV.
Funny you should write this. I've started taking fish oil again for my joints and the things are really distasteful tasting. I recommend taking them briskly to avoid the "fish breath" effect.
You can take both supplements but I would lug them at different times to get the full effects of respectively of them.

Ginsing is pretty useless for anything, and although omega fish oils do facilitate your lipid profile, they are not very strong and their effects are marginal. I am afraid you nouns like one of the various people who trawl though the alternative therapy most of which are just a throw away of money. It you wander round a big robustness food shop one day, and believed adjectives the claims and promises of just the things on show you would firstly spend a fortune if you bought them adjectives, and secondly if you swallowed them all you would enjoy no room left for your breakfast.
Concentrate on a clean balanced diet and some significant exercise if you want to stay capably. It will work better and be a lot cheaper!
Fish oil can give you an odour problem but you can draw from odourless fish grease for a higher price.
Fish grease and ginseng together should be OK.
