Answer:
Epsom Salt increases amount of water within the intestine, thereby promoting bowel movement.

Epsom Salt is a saline laxative used for the relief of occasional constipation. This product roughly produces bowel movement in 1/2 to 6 hours.

Health Usage -
For compresses: Use 2 cups of Epsom Salt per gallon of hose down for sore muscles, bug bites and splinter removal.

For soaking: Add two cups of Epsom Salt to warm wet in a standard-sized hip bath. Double the Epsom Salt for an oversized garden tub. Popular for easing muscle pain and weakening bruises. Bathe three times weekly, soaking for at least 12 minutes.

Foot hip bath: Add a cup of Epsom Salt to a tub of warm river as a popular balm for aching foot.

Laxative: Consult the package directions for instructions.
Buy a pouch or box of the salts...the directions are clear on the final. You will be mixing it with sea to drink. If you wish, use smaller amount than recommended til you see how you react. Laxatives should not produce diarrhea but fairly a healthy movement. Drink LOTS of river daily and avoid this problem again.

A more palatable choice is castor grease - 1/4 tsp is all you want. It's a weird consistancy but you can follow it near a water chaser!
1 tablespoon to 8 ounces of thaw out water. Yes it works, it may bring cramping, be near a restroom when it begin work.

1st dose 3 tsp or 1 tblsp 8 ounces of warm river.
wait 2 hours
2nd dose same as the first.

Extremely potent as a laxitive. It tastes approaching death!! so drink it swiftly!!

What your friend told you is quite possibly true. I enjoy done this doseage several times durring a liver flush. Epsom salt also dialates the bile ducts surrounded by the liver.
