I a moment ago needed to see if anyone have used L-theanine (Suntheanine) for comforting effects?
Suntheanine is a patented formula of L-theanine which is in green tea. I've used it previously and it works, just required to see if anyone else has used it.

No I haven't...I resembling the scent of lavender to help unflappable me..use a spray on pillow/sheets...and have a lavender body valet for when I shower/bathe at night...exceptionally relaxing.

Yes! it does work. The nice entry about suntheanine is that it doesn't gross you sleepy. Another good amino acerbic that is tranquillizing is called GABA. I thieve it at night along next to 5htp and meletonin and sleep like a rock. Theanine is found surrounded by green tea, as is caffeine. This makes it a upright beverage to help a entity to get rotten caffeine since theanine is an antagonist of(works opposite to) caffeine. So the effect of the caffiene is lessened nonetheless you are still getting a"fix" of caffeiene, helping you slowly ween off of it.
