Cider vinegar benefits?


As cider vinegar is made from cider apples, surely it cannot contain any more vitamins and minerals than apple juice or cider. Why not a short time ago drink a small glass of cider?

Well I don't know much but I do know it helps so much when I enjoy a sore throat. I take it contained by hot water beside a teaspoon on honey.
