I was considering takeing fish grease pills for the DHA they produce to help advance my brain function. Ive been depressed and rether abstracted for a while now but thats beside the point im beeing treated for both already. Can any one whos takeing it as a supliment report me some of the benifits theve seen? And besides thining the blood witch can make happen bleeding what are some of the other negative side effects?
