This issue has abundantly of controversy around it. When you consume Omega 3 oil what you what from it are the DHA and EPA fatty acids. Flax grease has ALA which requests to be converted by the body over to DHA and EPA. Fish oil have DHA and EPA already intact. The controversy is this. The pro fish oil side say that the body has a sturdy time converting ALA over to DHA and EPA. The pro flax oil side say that fish oil is contaminated next to mercury and PCBS...you decide.
Cold pressed Flax pip oil give you the best omega 3. Also make sure you hang on to it in the refridgerator ..keep hold of it cool for longer lasting.
consumption oily fish close to - sardines, mackeral, tuna, they have lots of omega 3 surrounded by them or you could take omega 3 supplement available from boots, superdrug etc.

Eat fish and seafood.
The most unconscious form is from eating persuaded types of fish.
My fav is ground golden flax seed mixed within with yogurt, but you can put it contained by just something like anything and still get both fiber and omega 3s.
I'd dance along with Gwen. But I'd include that yep fish is the richest source, but also contaminated by mercury and other metals, and thats why the government recommend a controlled amount. Most of the fish oils within supplements have be 'cleaned' and the toxin levels reduced.
And only to let you know, tinned tuna have considerably less 3 than fresh
