Vitamin B is honourable for any kind of stress and works best when taken near Vitamin C.

Try some amino acids for anxiety. When you pocket amino acid, other take a small amount of vitamin B. B make them work better.

I'm not sure just about that but Andrew Lessman has vitamins and supplements that he sell off of home shopping make friends (hsn) and he's due to present his products tonite at 11p, est and tomorrow, Sunday, at 11a (and perhaps other times).
