ok im trying to quit ive trye cold turkey and patches and gum to expensive sustain me plz:(:(:(:(:
Answer: Okay I'm going through the same entity its horrible! I have one contained by my car I hold on to thinking I'm going to go get hold of it but then I won't hold that one anymore. If I want another after my one then I'll hold to buy a pack and then I know I won't quit. So I've be walking around the block when I would normally walk stand and smoke and I've been thinking one phrase over and over I don't want my cancer to come vertebrae.. Your's could be I want to be around for your kids, your nephew/niece your retirement. Think of a phrase that you can say that will convice you not to smoke. Its firm but i know we will get through it. Good luck to you!
Chew on a straw or chew some bubble gum maintain your hands and mouth busy. possibly practice typing skills while chewing gum.
