Question just about theanine and infantile children taking it?
I read an article where not lone can you use theanine for adult anxiety and stress, but it's immediately being shown to be effectual in children next to adhd. I have a four year frail son who I would be interested in giving theanine surrounded by small dosages. It's a natural point found in green tea. Does anyone know if four is too immature, or what dosage? Of course, I'd ask a pharmacist or doctor before rushing and trying it, but I be curious what people within the public think and know more or less it as well. Thanks. :)
here's the correlation to the article:
