Answer: It is not obedient if you are taking meds for blood, heart or stimulants because it can overdo the effect of those.
It can be bad if you enjoy an ulcer too.

give somebody a lift the cayenne directly don't use a capsule It is merely red pepper,so no it wont interfere with any medication.Dont overdo it or you will terminate up with ulcer.
