What is Islamic perception on using marijuana as tablets?

muslims have be smoking cannabis as well as hashish for centuries. if its for medicinal use, i couldn't see why not. A narcotic vs marijuana...hmmm

The entire worlds perception of medical marijuana (besides America!) is that it is a raw healer. We are the last to switch over and run advantage of this money making tablets. Islam is smart and they already use, buy, and sell marijuana and product medicine and a profit.
