Home Flu Remedies?


Hi! My family is really sick and I wanna facilitate them as much as possible. Are there any expeditious home remedies for the flu that I can try?
I know that chicken soup has be proven and my gramma is planning on taking care of that. But is at hand any tea or something to help them.
It really hurts me to see my parents sick you enjoy no idea.

Drink wet with fresh lemon liquid and stevia to sweeten it if you like it sweet. Drink lots of river. Eat lots of veggies raw sooner. Eat less sugar, rotund and meat. Follow the ph diet. You all requirement to bolster your immune system sweetie. ensure that you are all getting adequate sleep each hours of darkness and try to focus on a well perched diet to also help bolster your immune system focus on consumption more fresh fruits and vegies, lean meats and fishes, wholegrains and cereal and ground nuts and seeds ~ if you can chomp through that is ~ and plenty of fresh filter water

I be really impressed by minx's answer and found it very informative. I am going to try some of her suggestions brand new to me and already do a lot of them. The lone thing I might supply is Probiotics and wish minx would answer my current Q on how to chose the right ones. My brother give me some when I had a really discouraging cold and they seemed to assistance. I use a simple drink made by myself : 1 slice of orange+1 of lemon + 1tablespoon of honey+150 g hot red wine.
