That must be very not easy for you. I would try and focus on something positive and stick to it. Try not to let you emotion cloud your mind. Get yourself involved in other endeavours anything, just to hold on to your head contained by a positive attitude. I know its easier to say than do. Wouldnt a wonder drug that erases guaranteed memories be handy in some cases. Hope you do ok.

Think nearly someone else you see everyday that gives you polite memories. Go to the people that donate you those good memories. I own this problem as well and when I'm face with it, i of late worry just about the people who I know thinking about me and would look out for me.

People do provide bad memories sometimes, but regard of those who give you the honourable memories in time.

The best way to make well from this is to rediscover and work on yourself from the inside. Eat healthy and excercise. Walk or run like you never did past it will increase those endorphines and leave you passion really good inside. Ask yourself do you really approaching the routine you have? Is it base on something with this party. Make a new routine. Then after consistantly making you a priority you will know how to sit down and say, is this relationship one that will ever renovation (remember, you can not change other nation and their decissions)? You then own to be open to shift. If you have to traffic with this being daily how can you promise with them near out letting that negative dash stick to you and affect your quality of duration. Try to remember that we all own free will and make our own choices. Those choices are made for an assortment of reasons, things and citizens do change and to be precise also something beyond our control. Focus on what you can control, you and your path of great pleasure. Let your higher power embezzle you there. Don't trickle into desperation and vindication because that is cynical energy that will also own a negative impact on you and their vivacity. Live and let live. Find assumption. Surround yourself with some flawless friends and family that you can nickname, e-mail, or visit and cry, bark, or just own them rub your head asap when needed at ANY TIME (these moments of spinelessness have no planned time). time heals you'll find someone else. you a moment ago got to draw from on with things. drugs will just make you forget temporarily and consequently there are to plentiful side affects for it being worth taking them. everyone have problems or have be hurt and they get over it they enjoy to and you will too. so dont do anything stupid.

1). Desensitise yourself.
