Answer:    Get over yourself you d!ck

You have no basis to post any of these stupid questions. They simply hurt and insult people

REPORT
I would fairly have the verbs homeopathy BSc diploma... because I could use it as toilet paper within an emergency These days there is'nt a large amount of difference, people studying for years consequently having to steal jobs within a different sector...
Seems it was a bit pointless to me..
A proper homeopathy qualification take at least four years to complete. To practice (in Australia) you want to be an approved member of convinced governing bodies.

So yes, you may be able to capture a dodgy qualification / certificate on the internet, but it will be completely worthless and (in Australia, at least) you won’t be capable of legally practise.

I don’t believe that university are damaging their reputations by offering science degree in homeopathy, reflexology and other alternative medicine. Rather, they are moving with the more enlightened and better literary times.

Science is good surrounded by many aspects but you really don’t requirement to “prove” everything in existence. Homeopathy, reflexology and other alternative medicines, are solid. Just because you can’t prove it, doesn’t mean it’s not TRUE.

Of course David Colquhoun (professor of pharmacology, in the report) is going to class it as “gobbledygook”, the poor bloke is probably worried and threatened by the rise contained by popularity of alternative medicine (he is probably human being sponsored by one of the big pharmaceutical companies too)

In regards to your statement dictum.…..”I can't see an investment bank taking on someone who misspent 3 years getting a homeopathy qualification”. You may not be able to see it, but luckily plentiful investment banks are more forward thinking.

Any sort of lessons should be viewed and promoted as a positive experience. Experience within a wide catalogue of professions is excellent in this daytime and age of job insecurity, retrenchments, takeover etc…

I work in an extremely conservative grazing land. My resume shows that I had done a quantity of alternative courses. During the interview this was classed as a positive attribute for my dexterity to “think outside the square” (and other idiotic wanky business terms) I own never had a problem have this on my resume, normally give the interviewer something to chit chat about.

You appear very anti-alternative - are you related to David Colquhoun by any fate?

Addition: In reply to Morten W –

Well of course my other diploma / experience got me the interview surrounded by the first place…………

What I am saying is, my alternative certificate were see as positive attributes.

The interviewers did NOT view my alternative courses as they would judgment bungee jumping or travelling.

They be very respectful of this alternative instruction. Yes, believe it or not, it is classed as education and not a hobby.

The alternative subjects are programmed with the rest of my testimonial on my resume, along with my schooling, college and university degree.

Given I have get every job I own ever wanted, I can’t be doing too feebly. And to be perfectly honest, if anyone ever made derogatory comments more or less this alternative education, why would I want to work for them surrounded by the first place, as they are bound to be complete tosspots to work for with such set and narrow-minded view.

The only time I hold had distrustful comments in an interview, be in relation to my former travelling.

.
I believe any kind of teaching can result in growth. It adjectives depends on how the person uses that ease to make choices that ultimately make the difference. Knowledge and choices tend to either gross things better or worse depending on how they are used and often know-how can be "bittersweet". if you framed the used toilet paper it would win attention
personally I'd fairly have the BSc surrounded by Homeopathy as although this appears to have no worth to the questioner, the level and qualification shows that the holder have completed tasks and jumped through lots of hoops to earn that status.
Even if they didn't practice homeopathy the skill aquired contained by acheiving that status could be applied in plentiful other fields as have a degree shows an aptitude to swot up and ability to accomplish tasks unsupervised. Blue chip companies fall over themselves to conscript people beside these skills.
The relevance of the subject mater is questionable but it could be argued that many subjects studied to level level enjoy no value.

Personally, I beleive, various subjects studied to degree stratum are a complete waste of time.
Medical statistics is one that really springs to mind.

I can't see how this have any value within a multifaceted health charge system when the system of collecting data for the allopathic model is so flawed it would be funny if it wasn't sold as unflawed.

In response to Altmed Therapies only one at the worst universities feel again.
