Ideas on how to chose the right considerate and brand of Probiotics to boost my body's innate "honest bacteria"?
I have be eating yogurt beside live bacterial cultures to help my gastrointestinal tract.
Answer: although my gastrointestinal problems are severe, i find that consumption the activia every day does truly manufacture a difference. i buy the light/sugar free version, but i remember you once adage you didn't like artificial sweetners surrounded by another post. other companies are now coming out near similar products.
i also take two probiotic acidophilus capsule and two digestive enzyme tablets. i also use their daily cleanse tools which consists of a bottle of herb tablets and a bottle of fiber tablets. my gastroenterolgist had these analyzed by his lab and in a minute recommends them to other patients.
these can also be purchased through the puritans pride catalog.
the best prices contained by my experience are at puritanspride.com.
you should check out their website.

Generally, if you have not be taking antibiotics, or are otherwise sick, you really don't need them. The biggest microbes in your gut is call e. coli. There are many different strains of e.coli some of which effect "Montazuma's revenge" and then nearby is the infamous 00:157 strain that can be fatal.
Generally though, if you want to support your gut, yogurt is a good bet.
Hope this help
It's just a situation of choice for me with price. Most of the NOW brands are cheaper, especially at this store surrounded by Lafayette, LA Vitamin Plus. Another factor is the amount of # of bacteria you want and grain would be effective. I hold seen some as low as 5,000 and some up to 18,000. what those numbers really be going to I don't know but I'm assuming the higher the number the more the cultures. Yes, you can research different brands at NutritionalTree (http://www.nutritionaltree.com) which does not trade products but does review them.
Hey Been There For Sure !! Thanx for the support buddy. I have also have monumental problems with my GI tract over the course of my enthusiasm ... until i finally self diagnosed that i was severely lactose intolerant. Is this a possibility near you??
If you get gassy, breezy, belch a lot, own acid reflux or bloat and cramp after intake or drinking products with lactose within them then you probably lactose intolerant. I seriously can't believe the difference surrounded by my energy level and vitality since i eliminate all milk and dairy from my diet.
To determine whether you are or not is simple ~ enjoy a glass of milk and transcribe how you feel 1 - 2 hours latter .. if any of the above symptoms appear then at hand is a high coincidence that you cannot tolerate lactose. No mean act, mind you, to eliminate adjectives chocolate, icecream, cheese (yes even though it is very low surrounded by lactose it still disrupts my delicate little digestive system!!), cream, yoghurt (people will inform you that Yoghurt is predigested by the yoghurt's bacteria ~ however, this did not appear with me and i believe that some those simply will not tolerate it point blank), even most cheap and nasty $2 shop candy contains lactose !!
Sooooooo, presently that i've perhaps bored you witless !! Sorry, have to eliminate that possibility first.
When choosing an inner robustness product ideally you should select one that is free of dairy, wheat, eggs, yeast, artificial flavors, colors and sweetners (Aspartame, eeeeeew!!) as even if you aren't allergy prone adjectives of these things are completely unecessary and have no place surrounded by a digestive product.
I use a brand called Inner Health plus to be precise is clearly marked as Dairy Free, i'm within Australia but any good pharmacy or robustness food store should be able to assist you. Expect to rate around $30.00AUD for a 50g bottle ~ ensure you refridgerate it as soon as possible after purchasing it.
I was taking 1/2 a teaspoon 20 minutes previously my lunch and dinner but since i have successfully manage to weed all lactose out of my diet i in a minute only appropriate it once every couple of weeks when i just can't resist that roast lamb or chicken (heavy contained by fat and harder to digest !!) ~ crikey, i must be getting a bit long within the tooth hey !!
Anyways, you can experiment.
Everyday i take 2 L-gluatmine tablets beside my brekky ~ Glutamine will assist in maintain a healthy immune system and also help maintain the condition of intestinal mucosa and is involved in regulating blood sugar and blood pH level.. does a brilliant job of regulating my system !! It also help me maintain clarity of mind and it supports brashness and muscle function...:0)
Sorry this is so long winded but i think you really do stipulation to know all this... :0)
Take a multi B complex supplement also on a day after day basis ~ one including adjectives the B's as they work best synergistically ie ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12. The B complex of vitamins is a water soluble complex and as such our bodies can neither produce them or store them. Therefore we have need of to replace them on a daily justification or suffer the consequences which can range from nausea and vomiting to headache and migraines, fatigue and exhaustion, irritability and moodiness, dizzy spells and faint, excessive sweating, tingling and prickling and numbing sensations in the outer extremities, moodiness, even chest pains and heart palpitations !!
Pretty terrifying actually, if you don't realise the vitamin factor. the B complex of vitamins is essential for well digestive, neural and immune system functioning
Sooo, if you are lactose intolerant or vegetarian after you wouldn't be getting nearly enough B12 surrounded by particular contained by your diet and would definitely have need of to supplement, hey, take them anyways they're brilliant.
You can increase your apposite bacteria level by adding more bran to your diet (intestinal bacteria consume dietary roughage and metabolize it into acids that inhibit the growth of bad bacteria). ie ~ wholegrain breads and cereal, crunchy apples, carrotts and celery.
Also increase the amount of magnesium rich food in your diet as magnesium will uplift the production of hydrochloric acid surrounded by your tummy thus aiding in digestion. magnesium is essential for athletic veins and nerves and unsurprisingly for heart health.
Foods rich contained by magnesium are ~ leafy and green vegies (see your mama always told you to chomp through your greens !! don't worry, i never listen either), wholegrain breads and cereals, cold hose fishes such as tuna, salmon, sardines and whiting and ground up nuts and seeds.
Phew !! Sorry, i do tend to dance on a bit. oh, almost forgot Water Water Water !! Please ensure you hydrate your body properly every day and cut right spinal column on dehydrating drinks such as coffee, tea, sodas and soft drinks (not that i reckon you indulge terribly anyways) and alcohol as these are ever so dehydrating and will also do a fine job of ripping you past its sell-by date of your essential water solubles C and the B complex.
After adjectives, the happiest and healthiest body is always going to be the most hydrated one...
I sincerely craving you the very best of robustness & vitality buddy
CHEERS
ooooops, forgot a massively important of my direction ~ please ensure you supplement with a calcium tablet or get through more foods rich in calcium that contain no lactose ie ~ leafy and green vegies, cold hose down fishes such as tuna, sardines, salmon and whiting and ground up nuts and seeds.
I find it easier to give somebody a lift a Calcium supplement which also contains Vitamin D3 as Calcium needs D for important assimilation ~ i also focus on eating calcium foods along near taking the supplement.
Calcium is also essential for the effective incorporation of vitamin B12
