I hold always have the best luck with a teaspoon full of sugar. . works roughly 95% of the time. . . Drink water from a cup while bent over, but drink from the contrary side of the cup. Tilt the cup forward, away from you (with your mouth on it), pouring the water into your mouth and drink. Works for me every time!
