Deep tissue and acupressure...I have a great deal of musculoskeletal aches and pains and those two types really build me feel great.
Any mould is my favourite!!!! :-) But vast massage is better than a standard lamp one...........
I haven't experienced much variety, but I guess my favorite is shoulder chafe with individual I love talking sweetly by my ear.

Well if your looking for a relaxing polish then Swedish or Hot Stones are flawless because it is very lenient and works the toxins out of the body. If you want something structural then insightful tissue is good for loosening up the muscles within the body. If you want something spiritual then Raiki is apposite. There are a lot more modalities than these but these are probably the best out of adjectives of them.
Lomi lomi (from Hawai'i) is my all time favorite.
