Blocking your chakras?

what are they? like, what does it tight-fisted when somebody says, "it's blocking my chakras?"

Answer:
Chakras are perkiness centers within your body. Energy flows through your body, lately like blood, but through different channel. Where the major "intersections" and "centers" of animation are are referred to as chakras, or meridian points.

Generally when people articulate about their chakras, they are referring to the 7 chief energy centers that are located up the crucial channel of the body - the root (at the underside of the spine), the sacral (at the reproductive organs), the solar plexus (basically where your diaphram is located), the heart (in the center of your chest), the throat (at the podium of your neck, where on earth it meets your shoulders - where on earth the thyroid gland is located), the third eye (between your eyebrows), and the crown (where a baby's soft-spot would be).

If the energy channel become clogged or blocked, it can cause mental/emotional imbalance and even physical illnesses. Acupunture and similar healing methods work to clear and keep up the smooth and balanced flow of punch throughout the body.

When someone say that "it's blocking my chakras" They mean that they can't touch that or it is not something they really want,
