What to do?
Hi,I am very inadequately constipated as a result of too much food at one go final night (one of them occasions). I hold a thing where on earth the day after indulgence such as that, I dont put away solid foods but wait till evening to enjoy something light. Though i am not conspicuously hungry at all, only just very thirsty and somehow craving liquid, like red. I need something that will assistance "clear my insides" (e.g. act as a innate laxative). Would orange liquid help get hold of my bowels moving? What kinda juice will aid. Im going out shopping later on so would appreciate some input! I repugnance prune juice by the path and react ADVERSELY to that, stinks aswell, so forget that. Any concept? I even thought of having in recent times cereal (some kinda bran) but that might make the consipation worse. Let me know! Thanks within advance. Im so desparate to perceive unclogged again!
