Does sleeping next to your socks on hand over you a better sleep?

For some people it does. From personal experience, I find that sleeping near soft, footie, slipper socks in the winter help me sleep better.

i despise sleeping with socks on. sometimes i do it when it's cold, but i other end up wake up in the middle of the hours of darkness to take them stale. so it doesn't give me a better sleep.
if your foot get cold during the dark, then sure socks are great, will stop you wake with cold foot ... ... ...

I can't sleep with socks on unless i am super cold but you know it doesn't donate you better sleep i don't know where you hear that from?
they feel great on a cold dark at first but i find myself taking them off surrounded by the middle of the night to win a real obedient sleep.

I don't ruminate that there is any special medical aim to sleep with your socks on except conceivably if you have diabetes...But I love to sleep near nylons on. I wear pantyhose every night and I love it. I give attention to it looks hotter with my chemise or gown. I other wear a bra and panty to sleep also. Strange I know, but I like it. As far as guy socks, no, I wouldn't wear them to bed...

I'll go to bed beside socks on if my feet are cold, but find i wake up up in the middle of the darkness with hot foot so have to appropriate them off.
but afterwards i only wear the big, fluffy, soft bed socks and these are really thaw out and comfy.
