keeps flu away and mosquitos! individual fresh garlic - not that stuff you buy in a tub or something surrounded by the grocery store. And ginger works a bomb too (fresh ginger)
Will certainly hang on to anyone away who's got the flu... and everyone else!
Since flu is spread, one personage to another, garlic might keep society away from you!
I don't know about the flu individual kept away, but it sure keeps everyone away. In a sense that would prevent the flu, next to no one to overhaul it on to you.
