Echenacea..how long is the recommended time that it should be taken?
I'm told by some to just rob it for a few weeks because your immune system builds a tolerance for it and so it loses its effectiveness. Any recommendation? And also, what are your own personal thoughts and comments on how well this colloquial herb performs on your strength? I hoping to take this product surrounded by the attempt that it boosts my immune system..since I'm always catching colds.
gratitude everyone!
Answer:
like any article read the label for recommended dose but be sure to steal it before cold and flu season starts and verbs till after is over
I have used it for several years, and love it. I agree though, single a few weeks at a time.
Start taking it at the first sign of a cold, be sure to take one that contains zinc since zinc is used by your immune system to m¨ºl¨¦e infections.
If you are looking for something to take consitantly to assist prevent infections, vitamin C is the way to stir. Take a regular dose daily, and that should assistance.
I would take it at the first sign of a cold and purely take it for a week. The best type of Echinacea is the manner you refrigerate. It's called a tincture. You roughly put a specific amount of drops on your tongue. If you take echinacea when you are resourcefully, it loses it's affect. It should be only taken when you make out cold/fever symptoms.
echinacea mother tincture can be taken in homeopathy also. 10 drops 3 times a morning for 15 days to 1 month. but if you are always catching colds its better you thieve tuberculinum 200 ... 2 drops once a week for 6 weeks only .. (6 doses) that will relief u a lot
I answered this surrounded by a previous question. Two weeks at a time is max.
BTW, someone is trying to promote a product or brand within their answers to both your questions. This is wrong and not ok!
