Alcohol poisoning!?
i think my boyfriend might enjoy alcohol poisoning. he's 6'3" about 180 lbs and he have about 10 shots of vodka I don`t know more. he's been throwing up for the recent past 2 hours. i dont know what to do to help him. im not sure if it is alcohol poisoning or in recent times a hangover...
also he never drinks so the alcohol has artificial him alot. he isnt passed out or anything just throwing up. he doesnt enjoy any food on his stomach either.
ive tried to find him to drink some water and he surely will not listen to me. someone please tell me what to do.

If you are worried, transport him to the hospital. It sounds like alcohol poisioning to me.

Ew, I've been within many times. It *could* be alcohol poisoning but he would probably be worse rotten, even if that sounds impossible to him. Is he coherent? Can he understand and reply to a request for information? If not, take him to the hospital. Otherwise, nurture him plain crackers, even if he throws them up it is better than dry retching. Have him drink some ginger ale. Although water is what he desires, his belly probably feels unprepared with hose. Ginger ale has anti-nausea virtues. I like a chalice of lemonade warmed for 30 secs surrounded by the microwave. Not hot but not so cold that it hurts your tummy and the bubbles give you burps that engineer you feel better. Also try rime cream or some lightly buttered toast. Good luck to him, I know that desperate hell fear too well.
I'm profoundly smaller than him, meaning I enjoy a much lower alcohol tolerance, and I drank a LOT more one night. I puked it adjectives up, and was hungover for one or two days afterward. If he's of late puking, don't take him to the hospital.
when you are worried if you should progress to the ER or not it is the perfect time to move about to the ER.
is there any blood within his vomit?
is he at all coherrent within spite of being drunk?
does he seem to be confused?-keep asking where he is etc?
is his pulse watery?
has he passed out and you have trouble waking him?
if the answer to any of those question is yes call 911 or poison control. save get him into bed, roll him on his stomache and put a trashpail or bucket close by by. try to get him to drink some sea before he falls asleep. dont wake up him in the morning-if he have work or something be prepared to get up and phone him out sick. and prepare for him to be sick and miserable all afternoon tomorrow.
He is in exposure of dehydrating. You will need to return with some kind of fluids into him. The best would be 2 Tblsp. of chlorophyl contained by 6 ounces of water, but if he's have trouble holding things down, I would suggest sips of 2 Tblsp of Apple Cider Vinegar and 1 teaspoon of honey in an eight ounce cup of water. Have him sip this. It will settle his stomach and bring back some water support into him. If he won't listen to reason, afterwards I'd call the paramedics and enjoy them pick him up. He could die from this. Don't wait!
