Beet Juice to Lower High Blood Pressure?

I just looked it up since I get off the phone next to my mom who has be managing her high blood pressure with ease for a couple of years. She said it really worked for her when she tried it. I've seen hbp question here, and never run into a beet juice answer. I be wondering if others have tried it, or if it is still sort of new and lately breaking into the high blood pressure treatment communication? I'm glad she discovered it, but I'm wondering why I hadn't heard just about it before this.
Answer: Beets are cleansing of both the liver and the blood, but if you steal it to long or to much it can make you consistency sick from the toxins it stirs up. If you try beet make sure you drink lots of hose down to flush out the toxins it loosens up.
Cleansing half days is how I get over hbp during pregnancy in a week.

I've hear of it but haven't tried it because...well, it's gross. There is zilch you can do to beet juice to label it taste correct. And will turn your juicer and cups purple. And you'll have to liquid it yourself every day, which can be pretty time-consuming when you count the time to verbs the juicer afterwards. I'm hoping they'll start making beetroot supplements that can do the same entity, because I don't think I'd know how to stomach the stuff. If we could fix the taste problem (it would hold a vat of fruit juice to cover that up) I'd probably lunge on the bandwagon.
In the meantime I manage mine beside Flaxseed Oil. Works pretty well.

I agree near Crunchy although I wouldn't to it Ihave heard it works ALTHOUGH I'VE NEVER HEARD OF BEET JUICE FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. I DO KNOW THAT CORAL CALCIUM WORKS. MY HUSBAND AND MY AUNT TAKES IT FOR THEIR BLOOD PRESSURE. MY HUSBAND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH HBP AND AFTER TAKING THE CORAL CALCIUM, THE NEXT TWO WEEKS HE WENT TO ANOTHER DOCTOR AND THEY TOLD HIM HE MUST'VE BEEN MISSED DIAGNOSED! :)
