Answer:
its all malarky. KT is a swindler from daytime one. look up his rap sheet it is on the internet. the clerk at Barnes and Nobles told me it was the most complained nearly book they ever had.
What he say about the drugs are true. I started reading profusely of health books and found out give or take a few the dangers of drugs. I started recounting my friends and co-workers about this rear in the 1980's. It be hard convincing family that natural cures are better so I finally give up.
The drug companies pay out 21 billion dollars a year within promoting their drugs. They send doctors on trips to Hawaii and throw lavish party for them. They also give doctors free drug sample.
Don't bother...he's a good writer, but what true information are you acceptance? Nothing, he's telling you where on earth to go look for it. Don't idle away your money...do your own research.
I have to articulate I haven't read his book, and due to comments of others I know who have read it, I wouldn't consume my time. While some of what he says surrounded by the book and on t.v. may have truth to it, I can't come across to give my time and money to someone who's a prearranged crook and uses his book to advertise his devotion newsletter.
Try other doc's with a more reliable history resembling Dr. Richard Schulze. His remedies really really helped me beside some of my worst problems.

the best point you can do is change your diet. guzzle foods that come fresh from markets and shorten your meat intake to fresh meat about 6-8 oz a light of day. processed food and corporate american restaurants don't want your health -- they want your money and will do anything to seize it including additiives to make you addicted to unpromising food.
there is some truth within what he is saying; but I would not consume my money.
I would recommend that you get a dutiful herb book such as "The Herbalist" by Meyer books, and learn some form of alternative Healing resembling Reiki, Hawai'ian mysticism, Qigong, etc.
