Sweaty hands can be crushing, and sweaty feet can organize to foot odor and increase the risk of athlete's foot.

One dermatologist we consulted offered the following home remedy: Boil five tea bags contained by a quart of water for five minutes. When the solution cools, soak your hand or feet for twenty to thirty minutes nightly.

Tea contains tannic sour, which is also found in commercial products such as Ivy Dry, Zilactol, and Zilactin. The astringent properties of tannic bitter are thought to be partly responsible for its antiperspirant commotion.
The same as for sweaty armpits and soles of feet. Wash hand. Spray a bit of liquid antiperspirant on the palms.

I dont recommend you use this every sunshine - just when you are going out, or the sweat will be a big problem.

Some associates have a leading problem with this and no home remedies approaching this will work. I remember seeing on TV there is a procedure or drug they enjoy now that will relief these people.
Essential grease of cypress is said to help this condition. If you can find the pure essential grease, dilute it in a holder oil, approaching almond oil or even olive grease. Any nut or seed grease will do. Just make small amounts as it can spoil against the clock. Use 3% of essential oil. You can add on it to any store bought lotions or creams if preferred.
I have have one or two friends get rid of the problem via a detox.. would you consider a detox to do indistinguishable?

And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to adaptation your diet a little bit. Eg, steal more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a daytime to take some inborn health foods that I bring enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out and oblige your body start to accept hose.

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

So what do you think? ;)

Hun, I have duplicate thing-- it's called Hyperhidrosis and it's merely excessive sweating you were probably born beside. There really are no home remedies... I have it too and there's really nil good you can do to draw from rid of it. I would suggest you definitely see a doctor, I did. I've have it since I was born, but it be never bad until something like 3rd grade and I still horribly sweat-- my hand and feet-- and it really sucks. I went to the doctor and he prescribed 'Drysol'. You put this soft antiperspirant on your palms and/or soles and let it dry, afterwards put socks or something over it and it is supposed to be washed sour in the morning (soap and water) and it's suppose to cut down the sweating. I did it (as directed) for over 2 weeks straight and it didn't do a darn piece. All it did was take home my hands and foot sweat -wierdly- and when they would sweat, it burned... it may work for you but it didn't work for me. I've heard near are different lotions (Perspirex??) and I'm thinking of giving it a shot... it's probably similar to Drysol, but I'm desperate. I've also heard at hand is pills (which I really want to try, they probably work) and also surgery (out of the question for me... I'm not gonna move about that far just nonetheless...) but good luck to you, my fellow sweaty soul... =]

By the way, nil will just engineer it *poof* go away... it's gonna appropriate time... also... eating and drinking different things won't assist either... seriously. Research Hyperhidrosis. There is deeply to learn, buddy. Good luck.
