wait, come to ruminate of it, I had a toothache the other afternoon and it was making my pave the way hurt,,, i read somewhere about taking an rime cube and holding it between the thumb and finger, where the nouns makes a v shape,,, tried it and it give instant relief,, couldnt believe it,,, it with the sole purpose worked the first time I tried,, but I wonder if it would work for a headache,,,gonna find out!

Chamomile tea - you can have it near either spearmint, honey, spiced apple etc, or even Peppermint tea which is polite for headaches and digestive system. You can buy something call 4Head which is a stick you rub onto your forehead - wonderful at easing tension headache.
