Has anyone used spirulina? and what form do u prefer, powder or tablet?


i have the powder form but dont find that it dissolves surrounded by water or liquid easily. any suggestions? can it be put within a hot liquid such as tea?

Hey jenn, unequivocally the capsules. I tried powder for a few months, I don't know how I last that long !!! Every time I drank it the smell nearly made me dry reach.......... i be also under the false that the powder be cheaper, it isn't. Capsules are so much easier, one gulp and they're gone........ :0)
