Someone I know has have a hard time sleeping for yesteryear two nights. Even beside the help of sleeping pills they aren't getting to sleep til give or take a few 5-6am. And they wake up around 10am. Does anyone know of any remedies for sleepless night? BESIDES medication. Thanks for the help!

Answer:
depending on the age this could certainly be enough sleep. The elder we get the smaller amount sleep we need. however if this personage is young here are a few things they can do. First take a nice thaw out bath in the past bedtime with lavender soap hip bath crystals or anything else lavender. Make sure they aren't studying in their room or watching tv your bedroom should be for sleeping single. When this person is equipped for bed they need to build sure their room is a comfortable temp, their bed is comfortable, and a constant noise is well-mannered such as a fan. When this personality goes to bed no food or drink 6 hours back bedtime this could have a HUGE impact on their sleep especially if they are consuming caffeine. When they finally lay down to sleep everything should be sour... cell phone, house phone, tv, everything! While laying down enjoy them count deep breaths... breath within deep and breath out and count your breathe on you exhale. Many times when I am have trouble sleeping I do this and I don't get to 30 back I pass out. If this character has profoundly of stress they need to write it adjectives down before bedtime, when they write down adjectives their stressors they should write next to it how they are going to resolve the issure whether its a relationship or paying a bill. The more things they knock bad the list the better they will touch. I hope this helped and sleeping aids freshly knock you out and you don't get a vast sleep anyways!
marijuana
celestral seasonings make a sleep tea try that?
You don't enunciate the age of this person, but if they are of age, a small chalice of wine might help along next to a warm tub, no distractions like pale or music, and though I've never tried it, yoga is a great relaxer. Your friend may have plentifully of stress which will definitely mess near your sleep. Also sleeping late messes you up within that you feel widespread awake when you should be sleepy. Medication is not good to rely on because your body will eventually seize used to it and you might need more.
Almost other when I can't sleep it's either because of stress, or I've eat or drunk something sweet after 6:00, or had coffee after 4:00. A chalice or juice or bowl of rime cream can keep me up.
Never use sleep aids! They really mess you up and are intensely addicting. Same for cold medicines as sleep aids - stay away! I've agreed two people jump into serious depressions because of it.
Drink a glass or melt milk, red wine, have sex (with a partner or alone - ha ha!) And donate yourself some time to go to sleep.
If the sleeping problem is only just for 2 nights, next it is not very serious. But if the being is on sleeping pills for longer periods and presently those are not effective, consequently its remedies are different. It also matters WHY the pills be prescribed in the first place.

valerian root
I love valerian. You can get it within pill form at Walgreens. It's good for those occasional night when you can't sleep, but you don't wake up fancy like crap contained by the morning like some sleeping pills. (It does smell approaching stinky feet, but it works.) Is your friend watching TV to go beyond the time at night? Watching TV can be grim for insomniacs. Suggest reading a book or listening to music to relief them relax. Lavender can also help beside relaxation. Get some lavender essential oil and own your friend rub it on their temples. Helps beside headaches, too!
Melatonin other works for me. People naturally own it in their bodies, but sometimes you have need of a little extra. You won't get up up all groggy. It's also not a medication, and it's cheap to buy.
Valerian Root, or Melatonin, both herb sold at your corner store. Plus no naps contained by the day time, or caffiene after lunch. Try this and I hope it help.
Chamomile tea will help. It's soothing, smells polite and with a moment or two sugar or honey is very pleasant taste. A warm malodorous bath, some completely soft music, reading a chapter before bed are adjectives good ways to relax and acquire drowsy in a tough way.
Anyone who cannot sleep despite taking sleeping pills will sleep similar to a baby after taking a dose of the Homeopathic remedy NUX VOMICA surrounded by 30 potency. Without any side effects or complications, or you can look up another remedy from this previous answer of mine :- http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;...
