Just type in what you are looking to share in and a schedule relevant to your search will pop up (if any stirring studies are underway). Those that are marked "recruiting" are accepting volunteers.
clinicaltrials.gov list trials in which in attendance is direct oversight by the US FDA, but it doesn't have ALL the trials. Check beside individual medical schools and university for their clinical trials research unit (CTRU). The below Yahoo rummage will get you started.
