You can research all clinical trials currently taking place at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) at:
http://www.clinicaltrials.gov/
Just type in what you are looking to share in and a schedule relevant to your search will pop up (if any stirring studies are underway). Those that are marked "recruiting" are accepting volunteers.
clinicaltrials.gov list trials in which in attendance is direct oversight by the US FDA, but it doesn't have ALL the trials. Check beside individual medical schools and university for their clinical trials research unit (CTRU). The below Yahoo rummage will get you started.
You might also consider preclinical trials because much more extensive pharmacokinetic notes can be extracted from non-human models than from humans. The concepts are the same.
