In the master cleanse diet? Which drink do you drink first the the deep brackish or the lemonade drink?

I just want to follow the proper procedure and I want to point out that this is not for weightloss it is to remove the toxins contained by my system. So I would like to know do I drink the epsum deep-sea salt enema first or the lemonade recipe??? Any feedback would be great. excluding I don't know

You drink the saltwater drink first point in the morning. Then the lemonade mix throughout the time. At night, drink a cup of laxative herbal tea. The herbal tea at hours of darkness loosens, and the saltwater flushes in the morning.
