Or, like closely of alternative and natural remedies, they in fact have to voice that they are not claiming that it will definitely take home something better (ie there may be no beneficial effect).
Sometimes they add to this something along the lines of "This product MAY serve.." or "could help" or "might help"!
Presumably, that way if you don't gain any better you have no comeback against the manufacturer (can't sue them etc!)
it mean it is individual for maintaining and not reaserch within clinical medicine
it system that they are not claiming to have any proven curative value that have been reviewed by the FDA.
