HOME REMEDIES FOR SORE THROAT

simplest, easiest, free and sure. in one cup of warm hose down add partly tea spoon of regular salt, stir, and gargle once within the morning and night past bed, if have time u can do it afternoon also. but don't drink cold dampen or food after this, avoid eating for partially an hour
