Is a helmet or cranialsacral psychiatric help better for treating plagiocephaly?
Answer:
usually this condition corrects itself over time without any treatment what so ever. if your worried going on for it ask your DOCTOR what to choose. they can give you the information thats relative to your child. respectively option man chosen specificly because of how great the deformation is, how extensive the fusion of the bones is etc etc. really ask your doctor it's your best bet
definitely a helmet...preferrably one beside cool skulls on it.
It really depends on the age of the child, but I would go for the helmet, not solely because it has a more documented rate of transformation, but also because it is more reimbursable by insurance. A lot of insurances claim that craniosacral therapy is experimental and, as a result, wont pay.
