My calf muscle is so solid sturdy and aching?
My calf muscles have be hurting for a quite a while. They are similar to rock solid and immediately contract even from the slightest movement. I have a feeling some minute relief when I elevate them, but still they backache is so excruciating. I frequently massage the calves but they temporaily mollify the discomfort. I also run on the treadmill 3 times a week. Why do the hurt and have these rock easier said than done surfaces? any solutions??
