Is in that a supplement that can oblige the brain?

I have a relative whose moods changeover from day to daylight. One day she is angry and the subsequent she is compuslive. Sometimes she is happy but it is undercooked. She does not work, have friends, and lives at home. Do you have an idea that there is anything that can give support to her? She has tried medication and psychiatric help to no avail. Thanks

Answer:
i dont think her brain is the problem, its her self-image.
Awhile back my mom have the same problem. She asked her docter and he give her a perscription to help her and IT Works!!!!!!!!!! Have your relative do indistinguishable and beleive me, it will get better
It sounds similar to she is bipolar and she needs to want professional help. There aren't any supplements to give a hand in this situation because the brain isn't the existing problem here.
There are all sorts of things out nearby, you just own to continually take them and the results are not instant resembling any other medication..
Acetyl L - Carnitine, Omega 3's, Gaba, L-theanine, B-6, B-12, eating Turkey help build serotonin. 5-htp which is 5 - hydroxytryptophan, Green Source supplement by Puritan's Pride has ALOT of essentials include Vitamin's A,C,D,E, riboflavin, folic bitter, potassium and others. These are some of the things I've taken that HAVE helped. If taken regularly as expected. And of course some exercise that's other good too, and unsurprisingly it's good for your body. I'm sure there's much more out near. Good Luck.
Yes, different supplements may help, but she should really run see a Nutritionist to get properly evaluated.
