Get the book, "The Feeling Good Handbook" by Dr. David Burns and start a good, primarily vegetable based, diet next to fish for the protein and omega 3 essential fatty acids. Exercise regularly. Add a daily 5-HTP supplement to adjectives this and you should be fine in a few weeks.

Cammomile tea is excellent for comforting anxiety. You can buy cammomile tea bags (get moral quality ones) and tag on atiny bit of honey and lemon juice + slice of lemon.
