There's also a natural remedy call "Sleep Rescue". You can get it at the Vitamin Shoppe. You spray it twice on your tongue previously you go to bed. Its a non-narcotic and made beside all instinctive flowering herbs.

Also, Valerian works very very well.it is a supplement and it also calms anxiety...it works matching way as xanax or lorazapam.
You could also try Benadryl.
