drink plenty of marine, try putting cucumber slices on your eyes to reduce loads, and get a upright under eye cream. in attendance are several on the market, but my favourites are by garnier and virgin fight.

It might nouns obscure, but I am a colon hydrotherapist and one of the first things my clients habitually notice when they start have colonics is that the dark rings beneath their eyes lighten and sometimes disappear.

I own severe dry eye problems and my eyes have really taken a toll on the process they look. I used to have puffiness and terribly dark circles and the best and cheapest method I have found to stifle the problem is I apply warm tea shoulder bag under respectively eye for approx. 10 to 20 min. in the morning...the puffiness is plainly reduced or gone. I apply a small amt. of pure castor oil respectively night up to that time I go to bed and when you get up up the dark circles are gone(almost).I use an below eye concealer(yellow) that I buy at Wal-marts for aprox. $4.87(lasts forever)I have tried Cover Girl(ok) and several otheres but the one that works best for me is Vital Radiance. It go on very evenly and afterwards I apply foundation but only pat it on the lower than eye area, do not rub! I also clutch 3,000mg.of fish oil which help this, too, and also my heart & circlulation which again helps my eyes tremendously.

ive suffered from dark circles n lots under my eyes for years they are heritable and nothing ive tried seem 2 work either !!!! ive tried using tea stacks n cucumber slices ect - it had get to the stage i even refused 2 hold my photo taken .............. then i discovered boots no7 underneath eye gel (cant remember the exact name tho its a clear blue gel) that minimised the stacks and when i went on a diet that ommited adjectives processed foods, caffine alchohol ect, the dark circles also dissapeared for a few weeks ! but both these measures be only stopgap :(
