Acupuncture for Horrible Anxiety?
Has anyone ever tried it? I was prescribed Zoloft and purely threw up my first dose. It made me feel awful and spacey and dizzy. My mom recommended acunpuncture instead. Does anyone enjoy experience with it surrounded by regard to anxiety?
Answer: As the others enjoy stated, acupuncture is quite relaxing after the needles are surrounded by. I received it for sinus congestion so I can't say if it works for anxiety. It's possible.
My husband used to catch panic attacks on a reasonably regular basis. It land him in the ER twice contained by a month's time as he thought he was have a heart attack. I treat him with Reiki here and in that and he almost never has a frenzy attack anymore. Reiki sessions are extremely relaxing too. The client often falls asleep during the session.
Ive found acupuncture is awfully relaxing - after sessions you don't feel as anxious or 'racy' but this is more a short permanent status relief.
i haven't have enough sessions to know if its a long residence cure, but i too am on Zoloft and for me it works wonders! i no longer have nouns attacks and although am still very anxious, am nowhere close as bad as i be!
i don't disagree with instinctive remedies such as acupuncture but i do think that if you cant stick near the Zoloft (takes a bit for your body to adjust) then ask your psychologist for another type of antidepressant or anti anxiety medication.
hypnotherapy and massage i find help a great deal! Ive had a few float cistern sessions and they are AMAZING. check out if you have any within your local area. not lone that, but getting out there and living duration as best you can (while having fun!). through experience your body learn there is zilch to be scared of and you subconsciously lessen your anxiety that mode!
best of luck to you
Acupuncture is used for all kind of ailments. For muscle relaxation, migraines. I think they even use it to support medical treatments as serious as cancer.
It make you in broad more balanced, and should hold a good effect on you. It will consistency as if you had a really relaxing doze and will make you waddle more lightheartedly.
I would try it. It depends on your location. In my area, you can stir for a trial session to see if it works for you. If you are weary of the needles, you can of late get a tester within the ear for example.
Acupuncture won't have any side effects close to most chemical medicines own, and also will rather hold an all over uplifting and calming effect on you.
Acupuncture is great for adjectives types of ailments. It is very relaxing. Although I don't suggest that there is solitary one thing that will back. I think you hold to try a few things in direct to relieve stress and anxiety. I was on Welbutrin for a while for anxiety and depression. I single took that when I had exhausted adjectives other avenues. Exercise is great for relieving stress and anxiety. It doesn't really matter what type you do any. Meditation and yoga can also help. And gross sure you are getting enough sleep. My anxiety attacks would other come on when I was really sleep deprived. I use acupuncture adjectives the time and it has worked for me. But I chew over for stress/anxiety you have to do for a moment bit of everything. Good Luck! Breathing exercises help.
