Nicotine patch to relax - non smoker?
Will nicotine patches own any effect on my health, save for being addictive? I'm scrawny already too and don't want to get too bare.
Answer:
Not a good thought. Nicotine is a stimulant so it won't help you relax, and it will vastly likely bring in you sick.
When I was trying to stop smoking once, a nurse I be working with (nonsmoker) hear me talking nearly how nasty taste the Nicorette gum was and considered necessary to try it. She got fundamentally nauseated and dizzy and was VERY sorry she tried that! (Smokers normally have a similar hypersensitivity to their first cigarette.)
why do u want to use Nicotine to relax? The reason smoking is not advise is that nicotine has instant and long term condition impact.
I would not recommend that you use that for relaxation. There are other things.
Not a doctor, so I really can't say. Just looked-for to say that lately I had a lobotomy, and tryed a nicotine patch, because I be a smoker before operation. Made me ill, had to remove after a few hours. My 2cents is to use Chantix. BUT, it's a Hundred and twenty dollars a month from Walmart, and doctors usually prescribe 6 months worth. No worries for me, purely remove half a lung, and viola! I QUIT!LOL! Man, do cigarettes STINK!!!! No process to describe it, never smelt anything as bad when I smoked. Except you know how you'll wishy-washy one up once in a while that JUST stinks? Smells approaching real bleak foot odor, or something? Take that, add the smell of 20 ash trays that haven't be emptied contained by weeks, put your nose right contained by the middle, and add the funky pre-described cig. smell. No BULL man, JUST STINKS LIKE H$LL!!!!!
what would construct you start using something that you know is addictive and not too healthy?
if you involve to relax, try meditation, try Reiki, try yoga, try working out... even if you ARE thin, merely eat something to gross up for the calories you lost.
oh... and chocolate is also very relaxing and not as addictive as nicotine.
