I'm sure this is a myth - products that contain alcohol or brutal chemical will dry out the skin and probable cause more acne and irritated skin. Use Aqueous cream as a cleanser and Cetaphil as a moisturiser instead.

I would not use windex on your skin. It is impressively alkaline, meaning it would be totally harsh on your skin. It might basis you lots of problems. You should only use products that are designed to be used on your skin.
I have terrible acne as a minor and young full-size. I really had fitting results with Neutrogena Acne Wash. It is a standard lamp orange soft soap and can be found in a pump top container.
I also really close to the Burt's Bees line of products. It can be highly pricey, but a good intuitive line of products. It can be difficult to find surrounded by some areas. I purchase mine from drugstore.com.
It probably dries out a pimple, but the toxicity of it isn't worth it, especially when there are loads of other cheap alternatives that will do the available job fine. When I used to have more severe acne I would mop rubbing alcohol onto the zit and that worked pretty well. It shrunk it in a few days without that horrible scabbiness you catch from using toothpaste on a pimple.

We also got the Tea Tree lotion she recommended and that get rid of the blackheads and killed the niggle and infected acne. The spirited goat milk is made from spearmint and it takes down the inflammation, kill infection and dries up the bumps and keeps the skin moist and hydrated. No, no no! People own said this because it has germ war things in it. However acne is NOT around germs. It's systemic so it comes from inside your body not on your skin.
