What is the recommended each day dosage of vinegar, should I lift it straight or w/water?
I currently take it straight (two tablespoons) when I suffer from heartburn, two to three times a week. I hear here are more health benefits.
Answer:
in attendance are health benefits but similar to with adjectives natural remedies you hold to treat them as if they are medicines....you shouldn't lug the vinegar straight....
here is a formula that helps enhance the effects of vinegar but cuts down on the desperate side affects. vinegar is a very caustic and can cause some burning of the easily offended tissue of the throat and also has be known to end in problems with making the teeth sensitive as the loud acid affects the enamel. here's the process you should take it....:
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of honey or sugar or splenda
1 - 2 tablespoons of lime or lemon
mix adjectives in 10 ounces of sea
take 2 - 3 times a hours of daylight.
also i have read that some ppl will double this and freshly sip on it all morning. its best if its cold though.
**you can also add one tablespoon of baking soda to the mix to cut down on the acerbic but it doesn't affect the good of the vinegar.

I take Apple cider vinigar next to water, recomended, just about a half a shot cup in a hot cup of hose -its good that road just sip it. my Mom took the stuff straight and it going on for put her on her knees. it is sappose to help near weight , and it is appropriate for high blood preasure.
You must mix it beside water. It will eventually guzzle your teeth away. It has over 93 vitamins and minerals. Good for bones and will thaw fat away. Will grow you hackle and nails. Look up on the websites for more info.
I would suggest diluting it next to water if you can drink it straight it will probably pickle your liver.
