What is the float juice contained by eye specifically similar to a bulk of bubbles?
when I look at a white object or desk light I see these bubbles that are float and it annoys me?what is the alternative?(in one of my eyes)

This is vitreous fluid. There is really not a safe bearing to remove it. Yes, it is very annoying. See your ophthalmologist for best lend a hand with this. You may be developing a rupture in your retina.

It sounds close to you are describing a detached retina which is very serious and can immediately lead to blindness near no treatment. The "bubbles" are actually referred to as floaters.
