What are some organic ways to cure my symptoms: Headaches, Back/neck strain, low activeness, delicateness, ache, etc...
I stretch, walk, and munch through right. I have 2 little ones beneath 2 so I'm always on the move... the hindmost pain is hugely severe at times, always at lowest a dull ache. I enjoy headaches almost day after day. I have a rock-hard time falling asleep and a hard time wake up. I've been to a million doctors, a million drugs, MRIs and Xrays... I used to smoke, but quit. Dear Bellaj, I am so sorry to hear about your problems but to be honest, it seem you are suffering from Fibromyalgia. Please try and refrain from drugs, as they simply make it worse.
