Can bioenergy be precarious for someone? Can nearby be any unenthusiastic side effects?

depends on what bioenergy where chitchat about and how do you be a sign of dangerous? some bioenergy can be produced by taking microbes and adding it to throw away materials. this produces some electricity. this is 'bioenergy' latin for life-energy. if you fall into this debris pit you could be hurt. there is also the insanely unlikely (but still possible) accident that the bacteria used contained by the waste could be the subsequent black plague. it's also possible that you cold get the comon cold convert it into a massively poisonous form and spread it all over the planet and fall the human race. not credible but hey it IS possible.
ok what about ethanol methanol or other so call 'bio' fuels? well only just like adjectives burning of carboxyl based fules it releases carbon into the upper air which of course add to the green house effect thoguh to a MUCH lesser extent consequently gas and diesel does currently (not to mention coal and natural gass though smaller quantity so on the gas)
there is also algeal transformation technique. algea's basic purpose in time is to eat carbon dioxide, nitrogen and sunlight, and use it to reproduce. bubble the carbon dioxide from a coal or grease burning power plant through enough algea hose down so that it is not released into the atmosphere and tada no green house gas into the air it's adjectives locked up in the plant which can consequently be converted into animal feed, oil for purfumes and components, food for humans (we eat plentifully of algea in majority food all the time contained by the manor of micro spores) and even be used as fuel itself (oily 'gas-like' compounds or in dried pulp based) though this would next need carbon reclimation again. this is sort of a round roughly way of absorbing sunlight and carbon dioxide froma run of the mill plant and converting it into still more energy. again. microbes could mutate could be dangerous. your talkign pressure control on the carbon filtration and incorporation systems (ever seen an over pressure explosion? wow!) heck even the tank of water hodling the algea could be fatal if you fall into them or they tip out onto you.
basicly though one of the main reason for pushing for bio energy is because at hand clean AND across the world safe. gas coal and unconscious gas in in that normal forms are inherently unsafe and tainted though that does not mean they can not be used contained by a clean and sheltered manor (see hydrogen fuel from coal stock, natural gas carbon monoxide reclamation, etc etc etc) only just means as in attendance used now in attendance pretty unsafe, unclean.
